Terms of delivery for orders in USA and Canada
Orders are generally shipped within two business days.
Within several hours after the processing of your order we will contact you either via the phone or email to confirm the date and address.
Please, indicate the full contact information (address, phone numbers, emails) to prevent possible errors.

The price of the delivery depends on the destination and the weight of your order.
Shipping rates are calculated by the post office. For orders over $147 shipping is free (Not qualified for books and discounted items). For orders with books shipping is charged. In USA orders are shipped using USPS and UPS. In Canada orders are shipped using Canada Post.

The unique number of your order and the address of the Internet site where you can track your package are sent immediately after your order is sent.

Shipping rates are a subject to adjustment if calculated incorrectly by the system.

PineNutOil.org does not provide shipping to the customer.

For shipping the service is purchased from third parties (USPS, UPS, Canada Post, Deutche Post)

From the moment of buying the shipping service from the above mentioned companies all of the responsibility on the customer’s order is passed on to the provider of the shipping service.

All issues related to transportation, delivery, loss of purchased goods from our website are under the accountability of the aforementioned companies.

Delivery in European countries except for Switzerland, Norway, Turkey, Russia and Ukraine:
Orders are generally shipped within two business days.
Within several hours after the processing of your order we will contact you either via the phone or email to confirm the date and address.
Please, indicate the full contact information (address, phone numbers, emails) to prevent possible errors.

The price of the delivery is automatically be added depending on the total price and weight of your order according to the table below (orders for $200 and up shipping is free, not qualified for books and discounted items). For orders with books shipping is charged.

The unique number of your order and the address of the Internet site where you can track your package are sent immediately after your order is sent.

Delivery in Switzerland, Norway, Turkey, Russia and Ukraine:
Please note that because of the higher shipping costs for orders over 2kg to Switzerland, Norway, Turkey, Russia and Ukraine, residents of these countries will be charged additional 25% of the subtotal if the order is over 2kg.

Shipping rates are calculated by the post office for countries outside USA, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia.

Shipping: we ship all international orders by airmail. They usually take 7 to 14 days to arrive. If you would like to order a larger quantity of products or books to be shipped by surface post (more economical, but takes 4 weeks and over to arrive) please e-mail sales@PineNutOil.org for rates.

If your country is not in the list above or if you cannot pay with a credit card or PayPal, please e-mail to sales@PineNutOil.org for additional information.

Surcharge
When you receive your parcel you might get charged (or not) a governmental tax depending on your country, PineNutOil.org. does not take any responsibility for that tax (ask your government about the taxes on products purchesed outside your country). All purchases sent out by the PineNutOil.org are marked as "samples" on the shipping label and on the customer receipt. Most of the governments do not surcharge taxes for items which marked as a "sample".
If you have been surcharged by your government, and prefer not to accept that surcharge and prefer to send that parcel back to us, then be advised that your payment is not refundable (see our Return Policy).

Insurance policy during shipment
Insurance covers the total price of the order in the case of loss or damage during the transportation.
The client making the order has the right for a complete or partial compensation.

Note that certain shipping methods do not provide insurance for the package.

Insurance price:
For each additional $100.00 taken $1.00.

Example
Total price $257.00
The order is insured for the sum of $300.00.
$100.00 of insurance is free. Charged additional $2.00.
The insurance is included into the price of delivery.

Lost or damaged Packages
PineNutOil.org cannot be held liable for damage to the package during shipment. If damage or loss of package occurs during shipment, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact a postal company office to file a claim. If there are any questions, please email us with any questions or concerns that postal company has in regards to the shipment. We will provide all of the necessary information to postal company within a reasonable timeframe. Requests for lost or damaged packages are accepted within 6 months from the date of the order.
